ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN LANDLORD AND TENANT

WATER/SEWER/UTILITIES METERING

Not withstanding the other provisions contained herein this lease agreement, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord for water, sewer, storm water, municipal fixed water/sewer charges and other related water/sewer charges to the leased premises under the lease (unit). Water/Sewer service for the premises will be measured by a meter provided by Landlord. Water, sewer, storm water, municipal fixed water/sewer charges and other related charges will be calculated on the basis of the effective rate structure of the water utility providing the service to the Landlord. Additionally, there will be a modest service charge included in the amount to compensate WaterMaster of Columbus, Inc. for its meter reading and billing costs. Water, sewer, storm water, municipal fixed water/sewer charges and other related charges will be paid monthly without demand directly to Landlord (Gaughan Properties), 540 Teteridge Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43214, by the Tenant.
